This is a nagging problem I am having with my Fax Cover sheet form I created in Writer. Most of the fields print just fine on the printer. But for some reason two checkbox fields vanish. I have verified that they are printable fields and that they are on the front of the document (ie. not in the background). But for some odd reason they still will not print when I print the form out.
